1. Pre-Order & Binding Agreement

By submitting this form, you place a binding order for The Show Shoe - Limited Edition.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable in advance by credit card and can't be withdrawn.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery is late January 2026, approximately seven days before ISE 2026 in Barcelona.

Delivery dates are indicative; delays due to customs, suppliers, or force majeure do not entitle the buyer to compensation.

4. Final Sale

All Show Shoes are custom-made and excluded from return or refund. Size details provided by the customer are binding.

5. NFC embedded in shoe tongue

The ISE Show Shoe with the integrated NFC chip will collect the following personal data:

• The attendee's name and email address at the time of purchase.

ISE will process the data to program the NFC chip that enables fast-lane access at the event. The chip is not used to collect any other data such as location or behavioural data.

6. Liability

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Complaints submitted after this period cannot be considered.

LODRESSO's liability is limited exclusively to material defects of the delivered sneakers. Defective items will be replaced; a refund of the purchase price is excluded. No further claims shall apply.

Integrated Systems Events does not assume liability for damage in transit.

7. Privacy

Customer data is processed exclusively for order handling in accordance with GDPR. Your data will be stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your order and will not be shared with third parties (except with logistics partners for shipping and the registration partner for show access and control).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to Netherlands law. Place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
